Slow marinades
Our shawarma rests overnight in spice before it ever meets the fire. That's where the depth comes from — you can't rush it.
Nourish isn't just a restaurant. It's a table we set for our city — and everyone is invited.
The word nourish means more to us than nutrition. In the homes we grew up in, food was how love was spoken — bread broken at a crowded table, coffee poured slowly for a guest, a plate always set for one more.
We opened Nourish in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis to bring that feeling to our city. Not fast food that happens to be Mediterranean, but real Mediterranean cooking, made fresh daily and served with the warmth it deserves.
From a 7 AM shakshuka bowl before work to shawarma with friends at 2 AM on a Saturday — we built this place for the moments of your day that matter.

Saj bread baked through the day. Shawarma marinated overnight and carved to order. Vegetables cut each morning and sauces made in-house — nothing sits, nothing waits.
Our recipes come from the kitchens we grew up in — cardamom brown butter, pomegranate molasses, real Turkish coffee brewed slow in the pot. We adapt the format, never the flavour.
Bowls, wraps, tacos and quesadillas built exactly how you like them, with unlimited fresh veggies and ten signature sauces. Vegetarian and protein-packed options stand shoulder to shoulder.
A free coffee with every breakfast, a dollar off through the afternoon, and doors open until 3 AM on weekends — because hospitality isn't a slogan, it's a habit.
We're proud to feed this city — the early risers, the office lunch crews and the night owls of downtown. Nourish is here to be your neighbourhood kitchen, right on 9th Street.
"We don't just want to feed you. We want to nourish your life."— The Nourish family
Our shawarma rests overnight in spice before it ever meets the fire. That's where the depth comes from — you can't rush it.
Garlic sauce, tahini, white sauce, Saudi chili, honey sauce, pomegranate molasses, hummus, baba ghanoush, cardamom brown butter and fresh lemon.
Ten Turkish coffee creations, saffron and pistachio lattes, and karak simmered properly — a café living inside a kitchen.
